International Joint Action
To build a community network for Hongkongers in Taiwan and to foster civil-society exchanges and international solidarity between Taiwan and Hong Kong.

The Taiwan Hong Kong Association (THKA) was established to unite Hongkongers and people of Hong Kong descent living in Taiwan, providing them with a network of support and connection, while promoting civil-society exchanges and international solidarity between Taiwan and Hong Kong. Through social-media platforms, community outreach, and public actions, THKA creates a space for Hongkongers in Taiwan to maintain mutual connections, identity, and voice on social issues.

Amid shifting political and human-rights conditions in Hong Kong, THKA has taken on the role of advocating for the rights and welfare of Hongkongers in Taiwan, partnering with local Taiwanese NGOs and civil society groups to support democracy, human rights, and freedom of speech initiatives. The Association serves as a vital bridge for community integration, cultural exchange, and cross-regional solidarity between Taiwan and Hong Kong.
