Last year (2022), following the completion of the "Task Summary Report" by the Transitional Justice Committee, the Executive Yuan has been obliged by law to carry out ongoing deliberation on the amendment of the "Transitional Justice Act". The Executive Yuan has focused only on amendments to the " The Classified National Security Information Protection Act" and the "Political Archives Act" during this session, leaving out crucial legislation such as laws holding perpetrators accountable, preserving sites of injustice, and amending the organization of the Chiang Kai-shek Memorial Hall Management.
